3. Service efficiency: If the equipment malfunctions during or outside the warranty period, the supplier can receive notification and repair personnel can arrive at the site within 24 hours to start the repair.
4. Service principle: The product warranty period is twelve months. During the warranty period, the supplier will provide free repair and replacement of parts damaged due to quality reasons. For parts damaged outside the warranty period, the provided parts will only be charged at cost. For equipment damage caused by human factors on the demand side, the supplier’s repair or provided parts will be calculated at cost price.
